- The project is limited to replacement of permanent bridge on a Class ll watercourse, installation of a seasonal road crossing, installation of a temporary bridge on a Class ll watercourse. The project is located on four unnamed Class ll watercourse tributaries to Middle Fork Gazos Creek and on Middle Fork Gazos Creek, a Class ll tributary to Gazos Creek, in the County of San Mateo, State of California. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0285-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Michael J. Duffy, Redwood Empire Sawmills.
