The project proposes to lease approximately 40,248 square feet of general office space in an existing office building. This lease would house approximately 127 staff with 30-50 clients/visitors weekly. The space would accomodate approximately 50 parking spaces for employees and state vehicles. POST's headquarter relocation to the project location will help meet its future needs, achive improve funtionality and efficiencies in facility design and a cost savings in rent.
