Document Description
The project involves repairing a failing 70 foot section of stream bank along Fairfax Creek using bioengineering techniques. The repair involves grading the bank to a more gradual 1.5(H): 1 (V) slope or flatter along the 70-foot repair reach. A live willow brush mattress will be installed over the newly graded stream bank. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0242-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
