Document Description
The proposed project includes the establishment of parking rates on B Street Pier and subject to future District approval, the use of the B Street Pier for public parking spaces on non-cruise ship days. The proposed project also includes the amendment of parking rates at the Lane Field public parking lot.
Parking on the North Embarcadero has become constrained in recent years due to the constructiron of North Embarcadero Visionary Plan (NEVP) Phase 1 and the elimination of most on-street metered parking at the foot of Broadway. Future projects will also impact parking. As a result, the District has been exploring alternatives to increase efficiencies at existing parking facilities and to expand parking opportunities where available.
