Document Description
The purpose of this project was to complete emergency repairs to five critically scoured piers of the Hwy 20/10th Street Bridge. The scouring occurred to piers 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23 due to the river migrating east. Repair to the scoured piers was needed to prevent further damage and the potential failure of the bridge.
