To support relicensing of the Yuba River Development Project, FERC Project No. 2246 (Project), the Yuba County Water Agency (YCWA) and Relicensing Participants wish by spring 2014 to establish a head versus flow rating curve for the Low Level (5-foot diameter) Outlet Valves at both Log Cabin Diversion Dam and Our House Diversion Dam, which are each part of the Project. To accomplish these goals, YCWA must exercise each valve at up to four flows in spring 2014. Up to approximately 300 cubic yards of sediments that have accumulated in front of the Log Cabin Diversion Dam Low Level (5-foot diameter) Outlet Valve will have to be removed in order to operate the Log Cabin Diversion Dam valve at full capacity.
