Document Description
Avoid a pending environmental emergency, the Yuba County Water Agency (YCWA), contingent on the prior approval of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission) will under take the remedial actions. Using the exisitng unpaved road out of the impoundment, the contractor will establish a road in the impoundment for diverting flow and excavation. YCWA estimates that the road within the impoundment would be less than 350 feet long and requrie minimum ground disturbing activities.
