Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control, pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, sections 25187.5, 25355.5(a)(1)(B), 25358.3(a), 58010 of the Health and Safety Code (H&CS) approved a Removal Action Workplan for Maurer Site submitted in November 2013 by California Environmental. The RAW addressed soil impacted with tetrachloroethylene, trichlorethylene and vinyl chloride at levels that are above screening levels for commercial/industrial areas.
