The project updates the Town's 1990 Air Quality Management Plan by reassessing the source contributions to PM-10 in Mammoth Lakes, making recommendations for revisions to the Particulate Emissions Regulations of the Town of Mammoth Lakes (Municipal Code 8.30), and request the Great Basin Unified Air Pollution Control District ask that the Environmental Protection Agency redesignate Mammoth Lakes to Attainment for federal PM-10.
