Document Description
The project area is located in Southern Calaveras County, within the City of Angels Camp. The project area is approximately 1,500 feet in elevation above sea level. Vegetation consist of a mixture of native oaks, pines and various planted species. The project area has been developed and the current CAL Fire Altavile Forest Fire Station occupies the site. The project area is approximately 6.5 acres in size. The proposed project will consist of the removal of any trees or other vegetation which are dead, dying or damaged at the fire station.
