Issue a one year right of entry permit to the North Central Region Office of the California Department of Water Resources alowing access to and entry upon a portion of state-owned land currently under the control and jurisdiction of the State Department of Parks and Recreation for the purpose of one another activities consisting of equipment maintenance, data collection, and other activities incidental to monitoring water levels with the Sacramento River for flood control management. The flood management station is an existing facility that was installed over one hundred years ago on the east bank of the Sacramento River north of the "I" Street Bridge in the City of Sacramento.
