Document Description
Department of Fish and Wildlife is proposed to execute a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0130-R5. The Applicant proposes to repair and maintain a water diversion to divert surface flows from the Santa Clara River to provide irrigation for the agricultural uses at the property. The work takes only a few hours to complete and vegetation disturbance is minimal. The pump has a capacity of 650 gallons per minute and the water use is, on an average, twice a week for a six hour period each time (during the non-rain periods of the year).
