Document Description
The proposed project is a Right of Entry License Agreement to TRC Solutions, Inc. for the installation of, and access to an approximately 12-inch wide and approximately 25 foot deep groundwater monitoring well at Caesar E. Chavez Park in San Diego, as well as ingress and egress support of those activities. TRC is requesting this agreement in order to complete a groundwater investigation related to a fuel release at Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway's rail yard, which is located on the corner of Harbor Drive and Cesar E. Chavez Parkway in San Diego. The proposed project will not disrupt groundwater migration because a sample of the groundwater is taken from the well only every 6 months. Also, TRC will restore the area of disturbance after the monitoring is completed.
