Document Description
Amendment of the Land Use and Development Code (LUDC) to: 1) removal all references to the Coastal Zone and regulations that were Coastal Zone specific, as development in the Coastal Zone is now regulated by the City's Certified Local Coastal Program; 2) rename the LUDC the Inland LUDC to clarify that the regulations apply to the non-coastal areas of the City of Fort Bragg; 3) implement programs adopted as part of the 2012 Inland General Plan regarding: storm water management, flood plain development, parking requirements, Low Impact Development, sustainable development, etc.; and 4) complete various clean up amendments to address City Council's regulatory direction and new State Law requirements as noted in Table 1 of the ND.
