It is the intention of Endicott Biofuels II, Inc. (Endicott) to enter into a lease with the Stockton Port District (Port) for approximately 4.91 acres to construct and operate a biofuel production facility at an identified site adjacent to the TXI Riverside Cement Plant, 2845 W. Washington St, Stockton CA 95203. The proposed lease will allow Endicott to make the necessary improvements required to make improvements at the site to make it suitable for Endicott's intended uses.
