Document Description
The Applicant proposes to expand the operations of the existing gasoline service station. The Project consists of two parcels, APN 040-332-140 addressed as 699 Ralston Avenue (the existing service station) and 040-332-230 addressed as 1041 Old County Road (the adjacent single-family residential structure). The Applicant proposes to demolish the improvements on both parcels and reconstruct a new single-story 1,980 sf food mart, 1,520 sf full service car wash with an equipment room and vacuum area and overhead trellis, and a 3,870 sf fueling canopy with six multi product gasoline dispensers. Project description indicates that 837 cubic yards of cut and 1,088 cubic yards of fill is anticipated to prepare the site for construction. Five trees would be removed.
