Document Description
The applicant is proposing to construct a 7,000 sf neighborhood commercial center on a vacant unaddressed 1.7-acre site at the northwest corner of Sabercat Road and Durham Road adjacent to the eastern edge of I-680. The applicant has proposed a Precise Planned District to establish the layout and allowable neighborhood commercial uses for the site, a Conditional Use Permit to allow drive-through operations, and a Preliminary Grading Plan to permit 324 cubic yards of cut and 2,392 cubic yards of fill in order to accomplish the development plan. Subsequent to property entitlement, a building permit and grading permit would be required, and the applicant would be required to obtain encroachment permits for both the City of Fremont and the Caltrans for perimeter street improvements.
