Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0277-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, J & J Ranch LLC, as represented by Matt Branagh. Project will subdivide the 20.33-acre property at 24 Adobe Lane in Orinda (J&J Ranch; Exhibits B and C) to create 13 residential lots intended for single-family homes. The Project entails installation of an access road ending in two cul-de-sacs, boardwalk trail, utilities, and a stormwater drainage system. Construction of housing will be undertaken at a later date.
