- The project proposes to demolish two buildings containing approximately 6,100 sf of commercial space, in addition to parking lots, driveways, utilities, and landscaping. Following site clearing, the project proposes to construct 66 new apartment units in one four-story building over a two-level underground parking garage. The project would include approximately 43 one-bedroom and 23 two-bedroom market-rate apartments, a lobby, common areas and courtyards, landscaping, and new utility infrastructure. Two Heritage trees and 57 other trees would be removed. The project also proposes a rezoning of the site to a Planned Community (P) zoning district.
