Document Description
The proposed project use would be a Conservation Center consisting of wildlife medical and rehabilitation facilities in a natural setting, with educational and institutional uses conducted by a nonprofit. The Conservation Center includes the construction of five buildings in the western portion of the project site and fifty wildlife enclosures scattered throughout the site along the access road totaling 80,958 sf of new construction. The existing barn/stable would be demolished, as would the two existing cottages.
