Document Description
Construction of 17 detached single-family residences (1.177 to 1.700 sf) on existing R-2 parcels ranging in cross slope between 10% and 23%. One-foot side setbacks exceptions and street yard setback exceptions for four residences. Seven residences will have optional secondary dwelling units. The majority of residences (12) will front a newly constructed Rachel Court while the remaining (5) residences will front Florence Avenue. Complete road improvements along Florence Avenue and Rachel Court. New foot trail connection to Terrace Hill.
