Document Description
The Project consists of the replacement of an existing 1962 above-grade lift station with a submersible wet well lift station, and includes installation of approx. 2,300-LF of 8-inch diameter forcemain sewer pipe. The new lift station will have a compact footprint and will have an 18-foot deep wet well, and a building which will house the chemical storage tanks, electrical panels, and control system. The existing lift station will be demolished. The groundwater table is high, so construction of the wet well will require dewatering. The new 8-inch diameter forcemain will collect the flows of three private force mains from nearby mobile home parks.
