The proposed project would subdivide approximately 29.40 acres (gross)/25.99 acres (net) into thirteen parcels for the initial development of approximately 96,240 sf of proposed commercial, retail, restaurant, office (including medical) and light industrial uses. Ultimate development of the proposed Project will result in 294,900 sf of business park uses, 42,420 sf of general offices, 31,420 sf of medical and dental offices, 19,400 sf of commercial retail uses and a 3,000 sf drive-through fast food restaurant.
