Document Description
Site Development Permit and a Planned Development Permit to demolish existing structures (53,496 sf) and on-site surface parking and construction of a mixed-use development (approximately 398,000 sf gross floor area) consisting of residential, retail, and shopkeepers units in a "wrap design" within the Mission Valley Community Plan area. The project would range in height from two stories to five stories and would have a total of 291 residential units, 14 shopkeepers units, and 9,000 sf of retail and commercial space. A total of 514 parking spaces would be provided in a six-story, above ground parking structure, in addition to 78 surface parking spaces, for a total of 592 parking spaces.
