Increase the permitted tons per day (from 250 tpd of non-hazardous solid waste, include recyclable materials to 500 tpd of municipal solid waste/construction & demolition and inert debris/greenwaste; include existing metal recycling operation in the permitted area to accept up to 300 tpd of scrap metal; increase design capacity from 500 tpd to 1,000 tpd; increase operating hours from 6:00 am to 5:#0 pm Monday thru Sunday to 5:30 am to 7:30 pm Monday thru Sunday and include maintenance hours of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; and increase the permitted area from 0.56 to 0.88 acres.
