Document Description
The proposed project entails an increase in permitted daily capacity of an existing material recovery facility (MRF) and transfer station permitted to accept source-separated construction and demolition (C&D( debris, greenwaste, and mixed municipal solid waste (MSW). The project would increase the daily tonnage from 100 tons per day (TPD) to 250 TPD. No construction of new structures will occur. The facility is located within the property of an existing Recycling Center. The MRF and transfer station operations would make up approximately 24,200 sf (0.56 acres) of the 3.56 acre Recycling Center parcel.
