Document Description
The proposed project involves the demolition of an existing vacant two-story duplex built in 1929, and the construction, use and maintenance of nine for-sale single family houses on a 18,174 net sf (.42 acre) site consisting of three lots in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. There are three different designs for the nine homes, which are two to three stories in height. The units range between 1,688 sf and 2,594 sf. Each unit will have two covered parking spaces. The building heights vary from 23 to 36 feet. Vehicular access to Lots 1 through 7 is providing through a common 20-foot driveway that is accessible from Lake Shore Avenue. Direct vehicular access to the garages for Lots 8 and 9 is provided from Liberty Street. There are four non-protected trees, which will be removed. There will be 3,100 cubic yards of export.
