The Project involves the construction and operation of one industrial warehouse building with 1,450,000 square feet of building space and 225 dock doors. Other features of the Project include truck and passenger car parking areas, screen walls, detention basins, landscaping, utility infrastructure, and roadway improvements. The site is partially developed under existing conditions. Existing site improvements would be demolished as part of the Project.
