The proposed First Nandina Logistics Center (PA13-0037 Plot Plan, PA13-0038 Tentative Parcel Map) involves the construction and operation of one (1) industrial warehouse building with 1,450,000 sf of interior floor space and 225 dock doors. Other features of the site plan include truck and passenger car parking areas, screen walls, detention basins, landscaping and an open space area. The site is partially developed and partially vacant under existing conditions. Existing site improvements would be demolished.
