- Development of a live/work community consisting of four buildings (buildings A, B, C, and D). The four buildings combined will contain approximately 540 live/work units and 4,200 sf of commercial space (to be occupied by Citibank). The live/work area will be approximately 595,000 sf and will consist of studio, and one- and two-bedroom floor plan configurations. There will be 113,100 sf of common and private open space, consisting of 43,760 sf of ground level open space, 42,590 sf of rooftop open space, and 26,750 sf of private balcony open space. Ground-level open space will be available to the public as a central courtyard, landscaped paseos, and walkways. Two driveways along Central Avenue and West Milford Street will provide access to a 362,664 sf parking structure with 904 parking spaces on four levels.
