Document Description
The project consists of the adoption and long-term implementation of the La Palma General Plan Update and General Plan Amendment and Zoning Changes required to implement the Plan. The Plan establishes long-term strategies guiding the community's development. The Plan consists of six chapters: 1) introduction, 2) The City Structure (containing the required Land Use, Circulation/Infrastructure, Open Space, and Conservation Element, 3) Community Safety (containing the required Noise and Safety Elements), 4) Housing Element (adopted previously in 2014 with separate environmental review due to stator deadlines), 5) Growth Management, and 6) Technology.
