The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- SBR-18339-R6 Amendment No. 2), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, John Ohanian of Silverwood Development Phase 1, LLC.Amendment No. 2 includes increases to the water quality basin footprint in the northwestern portion of the Project. The changes described resulted in a slight increase to the overall Project impact to Fish and Game Code section 1602 resources (increased from 9.89 acres to 9.91 acres)
