Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued Amendment #1 to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- SBR-18339-R6), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, John Ohanian of Silverwood Development Phase 1, LLC. Design changes were made during final design that resulted in decreases in the distance to daylight lines and subsequent reductions in the limits of grading, reductions in impacts to avoid easements, and minor essential design modifications. Modifications to are subphase 1A included changes to the first and second bottomless arch culverts, the addition of a single reinforced concrete pipe, the addition of a water booster station along with minor
changes to storm drain facilities. The stormwater basin was removed from the southern portion of subphase 1A. Design changes within subphase 1B, 1C, and 1D included minor changes to the project limits. The changes described resulted in a 21.8-acre net reduction in overall project impacts from 1,033.1 to 1,011.3 acres, and a slight increase in impacts to Fish and Game Code section 1602 resources (increased from 9.91 acres to 10.19 acres)
