Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement, EPIMS Notification No. SBR-18339-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Silverwood Development Phase 1, LLC.The project is limited to development of Phase 1 of the Tapestry Specific Plan. Project activities covered under this Streambed Alteration Agreement include: grading and filing of steams for construction of residential pads and parks, internal roadways, trails, stormwater system infrastructure, and other facilities; geotechnical exploration within streams; installation a bridge and associated construction activities for a road crossing of a stream; installation of a bottomless arch culverts and associated construction activities in three locations for road crossings of streams; and installation of a reinforced concrete box culvert and associated construction activities in two locations for road crossings of streams.
