Document Description
IUSD proposes to construct a new classroom building on the existing Irvine High School campus to accommodate approximately 324 additional students. The project would involve the construction of a two-story classroom building totaling approximately 14,000 ft. The new classroom building would include twelve classrooms, two student common area rooms, utility and janitorial rooms, restrooms, and an outdoor learning area. The project would not change the operational hours, or affect the school year calendar of the existing High School. Construction would occur from July 2014 to July 2015. If approved, the building is projected to be ready for occupancy in August 2015.
