CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0066-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, March Joint Powers Authority Heacock Channel, Sunnymead Line B Stages 3 and 4 Project encompasses approx. 4.82 acres and include the construction of a fully lined concrete flood control channel along the existing channel alignment, commencing at the intersection of Cactus Ave. and Heacock St., running parallel with Heacock Street for ~10,000 lineal feet, and terminating at the Heacock Street Bridge.
