Document Description
Granville Homes or related entities own or have optioned ~540 acres of land within the Millerton Specific Plan area of Fresno County. The property is situated on both the north and south sides of Millerton Road and is currently planned for a variety of commercial, residential and open space uses. Granville Homes has submitted to the County a request for a General Plan Amendment (GPA), a change to Existing Zoning, an amendment to the Millerton Specific Plan, and a Conditional use Permit (CUP) to construct and operation 179 acres of campus facilities (California Health Sciences University). The post-graduate University Campus will include full ancillary and support services and student housing. Buildout is anticipated to take 15 to 20 years. Also included in the project is the potential to amend the current Design Standard of the Millerton Specific Plan.
