Document Description
The San Diego Water Board issued a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certification (Certification No. R9-2024-0208) to the Project Applicant to develop 227 affordable residential housing units on the 3.84-acre Project site in a five-story podium building with tuck under parking to address the severe shortage of affordable workforce housing in the City and County of San Diego. The Project was designed to be consistent with the Alvarado Creek and Grantville Trolley Station Revitalization Plan which requires restoration of the onsite portion of the highly degraded Alvarado Creek and includes a multi-use trail construction, sewer line improvement, channel slope improvements, and on-site restoration of a segment of Alvarado Creek.
