Document Description
City Council approval of an amendment to the Navajo Community Plan, a General Plan Amendment, and an update to the Public Facilities Financing Plan (PFFP); Adoption of a rezone ordinance to implement the community plan; and an amendment to the City's Land Development Code (LDC) Grantville Community Plan Implementation Overlay Zone (CPIOZ). The Grantville Focused Plan Amendment (FPA) would be implemented through the adoption of four new Community Commercial (CC) zones (CC-2-5, CC-3-6, CC-3-8, and CC-3-9). The application of these zones, together with the amendment of the Grantville CPIOZ, will serve as the implementation tools to achieve the proposed land use amendments associated with the proposed FPA.
