Document Description
Project activities for the staging area include grading to ensure the restroom is accessible and that there is proper drainage, installation of a vault restroom and picnic tables, an information kiosk, designating specific parking and unloading areas, and natujral and man-made barriers to better delineate the staging area perimeter boundary. The staging area would occupy less than one acre of land. The vault restroom would be a double with 1,000 gallon vaults.
