The California Department of Toxic Substance Control's (DTSC) concurrence that five (5) proposed modifications to the 1987 Hazardous Waste Facility Permit for the Landfill Leachate Treatment Plant (LTP) submitted by the BKK Corporation (BKK) and received by DTSC on September 13, 2013 are consistent with a Class 1 Modifications as defined in California Code of Regulations, title 22, chapter 20, Appendix 1.
