Document Description
The California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection policy states that research and demonstration projects are the primary purpose of Jackson Demonstration State Forest (JDSF). The Camp 6 Multi Cohort Replicate is one of six in the long-term Multi-Cohort Stand Density Study by Dr. Pascal Berrill of Humboldt State University. The Camp 6 Replicate project area consists of three plots of 0.5 acres, each with an approximately 3 acre buffer of similar stand density surrounding the central plot. It is located entirely within the Camp 6 Timber Harvesting Plan (THP) that was completed in June, 2012.
