The item to be treated is one (1) 5 inch Rocket Warhead. The item was recovered by Bering Sea Group Organization. MCAS Miramar Explosive Ordinance Disposal personnel have determined that, due to their condition, the items are considered unsafe for shipment. The Emergency Permit is effective from October 23, 2013 through December 22, 2013. Treatment will be scheduled depending on weather, logistics, and availablility of persoonnel.
