Document Description
The project proposes to excavate and reconstruct two existing parking lots. The 85,000 sq. ft. parking lot is located in front of the Building "A" and the other lot, a 7,000 sq. ft. lot is located in front of Building B. The proposed work involves removal and replacement of approximately half of each lot area with conventional asphalt. The remaining half of each lot area would be replaced with Low Impact Development best management preacticesto treat storm water runoff from the two lots.
