The proposed project is Fleet Week San Diego 2013, which will take place at serveral venues located off of District tidelands over the course of approximately three weeks, from September 13, 2013 to October 6, 2013. The District will provide event sponsorship and financial assistance for the Fleet Week events, which are intended to honor and celebrate the men and women of the military.
