Document Description
CDCR proposes the construction of a Central Control Staircases. The project would construct an enclosed structure on the outside of MCSPs Central Control building to include a pre-engineered staircase leading to the roof, with a rooftop platform and metal entry door at the top of the stairs. Structure will be enclosed with welded wire and obstacle wire where the structure intersects the roof line panels. Currently there is a small roof access room that contains a steeply angled "ships ladder" that staff must climb with a sliding metal latch at the top.
