The project is limited to the modification of an existing crossing for the purpose of moving the existing crossing for the purpose of moving the existing guardrail away from the edge of the travelled way for plowing and safety reasons and to extend the rock shape protection 15 to 20 feet south and west for increased erosion protection and to reduce backwater pooling on the south side of the inlet.
