Document Description
The proposed project will replace existing luminaries with new LED fixtures and install additional new lighting fixtures totaling 49 LED luminaires with new light poles, and provide associated electrical cabling and light controls. The proposed project will provide light levels that will meet the Illuminating Engineering Society's minimum parking lot lighting recommendations, as well as UCR campus parking lot standards, of one foot-candle in order to improve life safety in a student lot (L26). The project may also include trimming of existing adjacent trees to achieve proper light distribution, which will be done in accordance with existing LRDP Programs and Practices.
