Document Description
Realign a section of Flintkote Avenue to the west, out the flood plain to avoid water damage in Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve. Remove existing road, grade to expand the existing wetland to protect park resources. Work will avoid bird breeding season. An archeological monitor and Native American monitor will be present during ground excavation.
