The project proposes to clean sediment from from a six foot by six foot concrete culvert located along U.S. 101 in Del Norte Coutny at Post Mile (PM) 11.60. The maintenance is needed to remove sediment delivered from an upstream private property road failure that has plugged the culvert and now presents a winter flood hazard.
